NSV

So Today I totally had an NSV!!! (none scale victory)!!! I learned that term and love it!!! Because the scale has been making me very mad right now!!!!!. NSV's make me feel real good!

Today I went to donate blood.. Before you donate you have to go through a little screening thing. The lady doing my screening said "how much do you weigh" and we all know that a little over a year ago I would have lied! But today I proudly will say the weight.. So I said "155" Even though I should be saying 150. But anywho.... her response to that was: "little ol' you weighs 155, no way! you are smaller than that" I told her "yeah I weigh 155 and I am darn proud of it, and now I am even more happy that you said that!" So of course we got on the subject of how I lost it and next thing you know, she was writing down the number to Dr. Malley... I can't tell you how many times I have given out his number, website, and my website!!! I am just a walking infomercial... LOL!

Anyways.. that was my NSV! Felt great!

And I did donate the blood.. so I SAVED A LIFE!
